How it works—

  • Your Menstrual Story

    Starting from menarche we will revisit your early cycle experiences all the way to present-day. This will be an uncovering of your physical symptoms as well as your internal beliefs, blockages, and emotions associated with being a woman.

  • Women’s Health History

    We will review and recover key pieces of information in your full health history as a woman. From cysts, chronic infections, birth control, to trauma and more— all of these experiences play a role and contribute to your present-day cycle experience.

  • Maternal Wounds

    Your mother and her mother and her grandmother and so on! All maternal lineages contain wounds and traumas for alchemizing, healing, and facing. Sometimes we are carrying things that weren’t even ours to begin with.

  • Cyclical Living

    Practicing a cyclical lifestyle is a foundational piece of menstrual healing. When we relearn how to move with the natural pace of our body and respect its boundaries, incredible healing and rejuvenation have room to blossom and take place.

The approach includes a physical, emotional, and spiritual lens.

  • Yes and no. If a woman is choosing to stay on hormonal contraceptives while working with her cycle, the work can only go so far. I support women looking to gently and radiantly transition off of birth control as well as heal their bodies from years of hormonal contraceptive depletion.

  • Yes! It is an honor to support women’s cycles in their postpartum years. It is common for the cycle to take on a new form and taste when we become mothers as well as bring new tensions and symptoms to surface that we may not have had in our maiden years. This is simply a new phase of experiencing the cycle and attuning even more deeply to your body’s needs.

  • The holistic tools and methods I provide to clients are highly customized and vary depending on your unique cycle needs and symptoms. Some examples of modalities I can assist with are; nutrition, recipes, supplement recommendations, emotional processing, ancestral lineage integration, yoni steaming protocols, castor oil packs and more.
